Luminosities and CM Energies Considered
Increasing the CM energy from 198 to 200 GeV drops the luminosity by a factor ~2! (12 KW)
We consider: 100-150 @ 189 (1998) up to 200 @ 198 (1999-2000) and consider additional 50 @ 200 GeV in exchange for 100 @ 198 GeV (2000?)
