Why Repeating the 1995 LEP-200 Workshop Study?
Ecm=175,192,205 Luminosities unknown
Each CM was analyzed separately
Fast MC. No experience in cuts optimization and poor b-tag.
Statistical procedure were not mature and did not take into account signal & background mass distributions.
Some results were suspicious (in particular discovery sensitivity @ Ecm=205 GeV),
100-150 @ 189 100-200 @ 198 +50 @ 200 GeV ?
Combinations of CM energies were considered
Fast MC with cuts based on experience gained at 172-183 CM energies. Excellent b-tag.
Very mature and well tested (Exclusion - All LEP Higgs group) statistical procedures taking mass distributions into account to improve sensitivity.
