Omer Karin

I am a JSMF postdoctoral fellow and Junior Research Fellow at Wolfson College, working with Prof. Ben Simons at Cambridge. I am interested in developing quantitative and theoretical approaches to study physiological systems and their dysfunction in disease.

Previously, I was an Azrieli doctoral fellow working with Prof. Uri Alon at the Weizmann Institute. I did my undergraduate degree at the Technion, where I studied Computer Science, and I did my Masters in Computational Biology at the Weizmann Institute. I am always open to interesting collaborations, so feel free to send me a message.

Here you can find out more about my research, or check out my recent publications.
