Housing Project at the Weizmann Institute of Science

In this page, we will try to concentrate on money issues. Again, remember that this is for your information only. There are no legal values to the documents posted here, and only the final agreement with (1) the Institute, (2) the kablan, and (3) the bank is what matter.

The tentative agreement reached with the institute and the bank as far as money is concerned is presented here.

Now, if you are interested, you could take a look at the following site. This guy has set-up a little calculator which can help you to calculate how much money you'll have to pay back to the bank, in case you take a loan. There is an English version, and a Hebrew version. I think the Hebrew one is slightly better, but I have to admit that I did not test all of it! For the Hebrew version, your browser should be able to read Hebrew (of course!).
