Discovery Potential: Ecm=189-200 GeV
Discoverywise one can gain from collecting up to 100 @ 189 GeV.
Collecting 200 @ 198 GeV is comparable to adding 50 @ 200 GeV to 100 @ 198 GeV! However, the safety margin is lower in running @ 200 GeV
Alas! Do we have an anomaly around a mass of 98 GeV???
